1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Famaco platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Directory & Platform Role

Famaco provides an advertising and matchmaking platform connecting clients with independent construction professionals, artisans, suppliers, and contractors. Famaco is an intermediary platform and is not an employer, contractor, or guarantor of any independent professional listed on the service.

3. User Accounts and Verification

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
• Users posting listings must ensure that all qualifications, licensing, and certifications claimed are authentic.

4. Listing Guidelines & Content Moderation

• Users may not post deceptive, unlawful, obscene, or fraudulent advertisements or job postings.
• Famaco reserves the right to review, modify, or delete any listing that violates community standards without notice.

5. Packages, Bumps, and Payments

• Listing packages, ad bumps, and promotional placements are subject to the prices listed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via supported gateways (such as M-Pesa).
• Fees paid for packages and promotion credits are non-refundable once ad credits have been utilized.

6. Limitation of Liability

Famaco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, work performance, or agreements between clients and independent service providers found through the platform.
